I would be happy to show you our apartments & lofts!

We are a first come first serve company, units cannot be saved and should be prepared to move in with in two months of looking at units.

All units are pet friendly! $100 non-refundable pet charge, cats are $30 per cat a month and dogs are $40 per dog per month.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities, except for water, sewer & garbage those are included in rent. First month's rent and deposits are due at time of move in if approved.

All JSA Development properties are non- smoking.

An application fee of $25 is required, and a full background check is conducted during application process.

I book appointments every 20mins, so pick a day and time that works and I will let you know if I have it available!

Historic Haffa Building completely renovated and restored in 2006. Home to Classic Kitchen and Bath showroom and smaller retail shop on the first floor. The second floor features six loft studio apartments.
