A great option for those looking for an extended stay in a prime location.

For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $100 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $100 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. The condo sits on Kuhio Avenue — Waikiki's quieter residential corridor, tucked just back from the tourist bustle but walkable to everything. Grab your morning coffee at Kona Coffee Purveyors or Shoreline Cafe, then stock up at Waikiki Market right down the street (great poke bar, open early). For dining, Piko Kitchen + Bar is a local favorite with legendary $5 happy hour bao buns, HIDEOUT at Laylow is perfect for a relaxed dinner or cocktail, and Duke's Waikiki delivers the classic beachfront experience. Craving variety? Kuhio Avenue Food Hall has 8+ restaurants under one roof. Waikiki Beach is a 10-minute walk, Honolulu Zoo and Kapiolani Park are right around the corner, and Ala Moana Center is 10 minutes away.

Getting around from this location is a breeze. TheBus stops directly in front of the building on Kuhio Avenue — one of the most connected stops in Waikiki with routes to Ala Moana, UH Mānoa, KCC, downtown Honolulu, and across the island. Waikiki Beach is a 10-minute walk, and most of what you need day-to-day is within a few blocks on foot. Rideshare pickup is easy right on Kuhio Avenue. If you're driving, your covered parking stall is included in the garage — a rare perk in Waikiki where parking can otherwise run $30–$50/day. Ala Moana Center is 10 minutes by car, Pearl Harbor is 25 minutes, and the North Shore is about an hour.
