Hello and welcome to taking the first steps to living in this quaint apartment building in the heart of Excelsior. On the corner of Second and Center St. just a block up the road from the beautiful Lake Minnetonka, and the bustling main Street with tons of shops, eateries, and events! We are unable to allow animals of any kind.

This apartment has new carpet, freshly painted walls, spacious kitchen with natural light, tiled bathroom with tub/shower, ceiling fans, baseboard heat, window A.C, and only 5 other apartments in the building meaning the laundry room almost never gets backed up!

Smoking is allowed outside only. Plenty of space to gather outside in the open back yard or around the table out front of the building. The parking lot is large with extra spaces for guests to park without paying the frankly outrageous street parking fees put in place be the city.

Perfect for a first timer or seasoned renter! This apartment is up an exterior staircase outside, and then down a staircase inside the entryway. Maybe not easily accessible for someone with physical limitations, however, this is up to your judgement. Rent and security deposit are paid electronically through Turbo Tenant, with options that do not add a service fee. Applications, background check, lease signing, and tenant letters are also done through the user friendly Turbo Tenant portal. When submitting an application, please know that every adult over the age of 18 must be on the application, references will be called, and animals will not be accepted. Background checks will be done, but if you so choose, you may explain a charge that may pop up on your record, and that will be taken into consideration.
