The central air, hardwood floors, and updated kitchen and bathroom provide modern comforts. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, storage space, and a dedicated work/study area perfect for professionals.
The room is currently furnished. If you have your own furniture, I can remove the furniture. I am cat-friendly and pet fish-friendly.
Rent is $900/month and includes utilities like electricity, heat, gas, internet, and water. A $500 security deposit is required. Available June 1, 2026.
