There is a non-refundable screening (application) fee of $54 PER PERSON for all occupants over the age of 18. No application will be accepted until you have viewed the home with one of our agents or employees. Applicant must be on time for showing appointment or reschedule with a timely call (failure to do so results in denial of the application) The rental criteria can be found on our website.
