-This is a group lease, not an individual lease, please do not ask how much rent for each individual bedroom is, that is for you and your roommates/co-signers to decide
-This is a group lease, not an individual lease, all tenants will be responsible for each other. In other words, if one tenant were to leave, the other tenants are liable for the remaining portion of payments. Id recommend apartments close to campus if youre looking for an individual room based lease
-Plenty of parking space on corner lot
-Partially/mostly furnished: Living room leather couch + dining room booths + bar + Bedrooms have (bed, mattress, desk and office chair in each room). Furniture may be different from the listing photos.
Payments/Bills/Financials:
-Refundable security deposit
-Dogs considered on case by case basis with additional pet deposit of $250 per pet (sorry, no pitbulls)
-Rental tax included with rent
-Utilities included: Monthly yard service, quarterly pest service and natural gas
-Current giga Fiber wifi can be included for +$75 per month
-City bill can also be included, however I prefer a tenant to cover (but if you want me to include it in rent, it will be last years average + 20% for buffer)
-Utilities not included: electricity + other services not mentioned above
-Applicants to pay application fee. Need cosigners if tenants are students/not able to show enough income
Rules:
-AC Filters must be changed monthly April - November, bimonthly December - March (owner will provide Filters)
-Will do a video walk through together move in day for both of our protection
-No smoking inside
-No parties
