It is part of our house but completely closed off w own entrance. Living area is large and completely new. Great neighborhood for walks or bike rides, plenty of parking and storage. Looking for quiet renter/ renters… I am a single mom occupying main house. Would consider small pets. Gated private area for a pet, plants or just storage for bikes, etc.
My kiddo and I are quiet for the most part, we do have a small dog who occupies the main back yard but she is also pretty quiet and friendly. Please reach out w any questions.

New laminate flooring, full kitchen, all new. We do have some furniture available if needed. Bathroom has double sink and separate door for shower/toilet area, shower is all new (photo shows old shower tub which has since been remodeled)
