This covers: Water/gas/sewer, electric, internet, wifi, trash/recycling, cleaning products, laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain stuff & paper products (TP/towels/tissues/printer paper). We now offer double dryers. Cleaning & yard maintenance included. First & last months' rent, no deposit/lease. We accept PayPal/venmo/FB Messenger/Google Pay/Zelle etc. We cannot accept checks or money orders. Flexible payment arrangements for qualified visiting nurses/medical personnel possible.
