I tell you this because I'm more interested in finding the right long-term tenant to fit into my small community than renting it to the first person that applies. I've learned the hard way that if I rent a place to the wrong person, it will change the dynamics of our entire community.
Ultimately, my goal is for you to love our company so much that you want to live in one of our units until you buy a home! If the place you rent from us is not ideal, we may have another property for you when your lease term is up.

Newly renovated studio apartment. Base rent $1195+ Admin & Water. You pay separately for electricity and wifi. Add a washer/dryer for only $60 or a dishwasher for only $40 per month.
Here are some important points to understand about our process:
* Start with our FREE APPLICATION. When you apply, you will see all our available residences, along with their pricing. You do not have to select a unit to apply (if you are unsure).
* Verifiable income must be $3,200.00 per month.
* After you complete the application, shoot me a text so I can give personal attention to your housing needs.
* Once we have determined the best fit, we will send you to self-view the property. All the units are on lockboxes, making it easy to view.
* You don't need a perfect credit score. If you're a hard-working person, we can look beyond your credit score.
* If you don't have all the money for move-in, that's fine too. We can work something out, and the payment can be made over time.
* I love pets and don't charge pet rent. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250. All pets must be pre-screened and qualified for insurance purposes.
* I'm obsessed with having a pest-free property and include pest control in the rent for every unit.
* We treat past evictions on a case-by-case basis.
* If you prefer to meet in person, no problem.
* I have dedicated maintenance staff on-call 24/7, and all our equipment is brand new and under warranty.
* We offer on-site storage rental available if you need it.
* We have washer/dryer units available, or you can bring your own. Ask us how.
