How to Apply:

Wed love to hear from you! All applicants must tour the property before an application will be accepted. In-person and virtual tours are available. Feel free to introduce yourself and share a bit about your situation, including your intended move-in date and number of occupants.

All applications are processed through Avail ($55/applicant). Every occupant 18 or older must submit their own application. Groups are not considered until all applications are received.

Approval Criteria

Credit score of 700+ preferred- 650 700 reviewed case by case- under 650 will not be considered

No bankruptcy filings in the past 5 years

Verifiable gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent

Debt-to-income ratio of 20% or less

Strong landlord and employment references (must be verifiable within 48 hours)

No prior evictions

Holding Deposit:

Washington State operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once approved, youll have 48 hours to submit a holding deposit equal to the security deposit and sign a receipt and disclosure document to secure the property.
