Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities. Gas is billed back to the unit at 50% of the total bill each month. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is a flat-rate $60/month for the unit. Tenants must place electric and internet directly in their name.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
