Income: Proof of gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rental rate (Guarantor forms are required if you do not meet this).
Credit History: A credit score of 600 or better, with no past bankruptcies.
Rental History: Positive previous rental history with no evictions.
Criminal History: An acceptable criminal background check.
Documentation: A valid Identification Card/Drivers License and a completely accurate rental application.
Pets: 2 pet maximum unless otherwise approved by the owner.
Fees: A $75.00 Credit/Background Check Fee per adult.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the landlords tenant selection criteria. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded.
