Make 2 times the monthly rental amount
No evictions in the last 3 years
No criminal convictions
No current bankruptcy, must be discharged
Have the following information in order to complete the application efficiently and timely so that you do not lose out on the opportunity.
List of the last 5 years of rental history, landlord, address, phone, and email
List of the last 5 years of employment history: Employer Name, address, telephone, email, fax number, and direct contact and/or verification source information
Last 4 pay stubs if paid by weekly, last 4 pay stubs if paid semi-monthly, last 8 pay stubs if paid weekly.
