Front Yard must be kept neat and presentable:
No furniture in the Front Yard unless it is a coordinated, well-maintained outdoor set.
No hanging items, clothing, or personal belongings on fences or exterior areas.
Property Care
A walkthrough will be done every 4 months to check the condition of the apartment and address any maintenance needs.
Smoke-Free Property
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Electricity (FPL)
A flat $150 monthly electricity fee willbe charged based on normal usage for the property.
This is based on past FPL bills, seasonal averages, and prorated usage, with central A/C typically set at 75–76°F.
If electricity usage goes over the normal amount, the additional cost will be billed to the tenant.
Appliance Policy
Washer and dryer units are not allowed on the property.
