- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: HOA requires scheduling move in/out 2 weeks prior to move in/move out with them. $300 refundable deposit for move required. If using professional movers a certificate of insurance for workers comp and liability insurance with a min of $1,000,000 is required. $175 move in/out fee. Move in/outs only allowed Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with a limit of 4 hours per day. Weekend/evening moves are not allowed. AS-IS items: As-is: There is damage to inside of front door and it will not be repaired. Microwave oven light does not work. Camera at front door (functional), under cabinet lights (functional), front door fob not provided (key only)
