The furthest possible end date in 2026 would be 12/31/2026 and the latest for 2027 would be 10/31/27 with some flexibility on the front and back end of the term.
3. Included: Water, sewer, standard trash removal, HOA pest control (quarterly), landscaping, WiFi as the owner provides, and electric is included up to $100 per month (ample solar/PV panels help keep electric bills very low) with tenant being responsible for overages above, if any. For simplicity, tenant will not need to transfer any of these utility accounts into their name.
