The bathroom also boasts a tile countertop and tile backsplash. The unit includes a full size in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony, and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and brand new carpet flooring.
Rent is $1,670.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $80.00/month per person.
One free reserved offstreet uncovered parking space. Carport spaces available
Refundable security deposit of $900.00.
Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat.
Limited portable A/C units available.
At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Please note that applications must be completed in our office- we do not accept online applications.
