Hi! My spouse and I are married and live in Dallas, but we own a home in Maxwell (near San Marcos) that we are now listing the entire property for rent. We’re looking for calm, respectful, and responsible tenants who value a peaceful living environment.
The entire home is available for rent at $2,250 per month. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.). The property comes equipped with solar panels and batteries — these are fully covered and maintained by the landlord.
The home is located in a quiet, newer neighborhood and is conveniently situated — about 15 minutes from Texas State University, San Marcos outlets, and H-E-B, with easy access to I-35 and roughly 35 minutes to Austin. You’ll have full use of the spacious kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, in-unit laundry, driveway parking, and the entire property.
Special First-Year Tenant Deal:
If you sign a new 12-month lease to start at the end of August or early September, the rent will be $2,000 per month for the first year!
There are currently no other occupants. Lease options are flexible. We use TurboTenant or Avail for all renting processes, including background checks, lease signing, and monthly rent payments.
No smoking. Pets are considered with a $50 monthly pet fee and a $150 deposit. We can also refer you to a reliable pet sitter if needed.
A background check, proof of income, and references are required.
