Building Facts - The pool, 2 hot tubs, and BBQs are on the 6th level with western views of the mountains. The fitness center as great equipment = free weights, balls, weight machines, ellipticals, stair climbers, treadmills, bicycles. The building has a concierge, package reception and 24 hr security. Neighborhood – 255 N Sierra Street, right downtown. Super walk-able neighborhood. Truckee River and the river walk are 2 blocks south. It's a great place to sit in the park, take a swim and watch the kayak/surfers (yes, surfers) ride the current. Midtown is on the other side of the river hosting Reno's popping restaurant scene. Walk over to Great Basin Food Co-op to get groceries. The Nevada Museum of Art is walking distance and OPEN!

Terms – $1,350/mos rent, 1 year lease. No smoking. No pets. Parking is + $150/mos. There is a garage 1.5 blocks away where the fee is $47/mos. There’s plenty of free street parking 2-3 blocks west.
We can see a few people going in together, similar to a ski lease. Call it "COVID-19 Escape Pad Lease". You are likely working remote; do it from Reno and at 5:30pm go for a run along the Truckee River. Weekends frolic in Lake Tahoe (w/o a 4-5 hour drive home).
