This apartment was recently painted, has warm carpeting in the bedroom & living room that has been professionally cleaned and is stain-free, has LVT flooring in the kitchen & bathroom, and beautiful newer kitchen cabinets. It also has great closet space, electric baseboard heating w/ separate controls in each room, and whole house A/C. Electric is paid by tenant; water and trash removal are paid by the owners. All leases are month-to-month. Parking is directly outside your door in a private lot. No washer / dryer hook-ups or laundry services on site. We do not allow pets at this property, and smokers will not be approved. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SUBSIDIES OR 3RD-PARTY PAYMENTS OF ANY TYPE (ie Metro, Section 8, CAC, Hope House, Christian Clearing House, etc) for deposit or rent payments, and require all applicants to have current, verifiable income of at least 3 times the rental amount ($1920 after taxes/month). We also require a 12-month professional rental history and a minimum credit score of 550 for each adult. There is a strict limit of 2 people in this apartment, including children. The application process ($50 for 1 person, $80 for 2) includes identity verification, criminal background check, and credit check. Security deposit ($640) due at lease signing; first month's pro-rated rent due on move-in day. Applications are not offered until we have met someone in person and shown them the property.
