We have a parking lot as well as ample street parking or you can rent an underground garage parking space for $65/month. We are located one block from Lake Minnetonka and Downtown Excelsior. Enjoy our clean, well-maintained apartments conveniently located near Hwy 7. Our Resident Managers live on-site and are available to promptly handle resident requests. Smoke-free building. Deposit is $800. We use a third-party screening company and inquiries are made on credit, income, rental history and criminal background on all applicants. 12 month lease.
