2BR/1BA Duplex - Denver - Granite, SS appliances, HW floors, exposed brick, patio, Light Rail, W&D! - SHOWINGS AVAILABILITY AND INSTRUCTIONS: Virtual showings available. These tours can be self-scheduled when you request more information from the ad you are viewing now. Once you request information from the ad you will automatically receive an email with a link to self-schedule the virtual tour (please check your email including spam folder). You can also schedule the tour from our Kodiak Dwellings website. Tours are Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon at 6 PM. We sometimes send out texts to those who have inquired but not scheduled. No in person showings as the unit is occupied. Must be comfortable renting the unit based on video only which is a prerecorded walkthrough presented by the property manager for live Q&A. Once a lease is signed, and security deposit paid applicant will have 48 hours to inspect unit and be released from lease if desired (and receive 100% of deposit back). Please see video below.

LEASING INFORMATION: 12-month lease. We complete background and credit checks. Strong credit required. One application per adult required. PLEASE SEE APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. UTILITIES AND FEES: Resident pays gas and electric directly to Xcel energy and is responsible for snow removal. $39 per month charge back fees for water and sewer, Common Area Maintenance Fee of $19 per month. Parking fees for two cars is $25 each space (not optional). All fees are updated annually at lease renewal.
