$35 (first months water bill for South Robinson Springs if paying for water monthly, or can pay $400 for 12 months)

$3735 (total minimum due up front)

Base rent includes house, corner lot yard with fruit trees, 2-car garage, and driveway, plus optional use of shared garden.

Renter is responsible for all yard care, lawn mowing, and weed removal.

Automatic yard and sprinkler system maintained by landlord.

Optional additional 1-car garage/storage unit and second driveway is available for $150 per month plus $150 security deposit.

No Dogs. No smoking.
