There is a shared full bathroom (with 2 other roommates) along with half baths in the house. Many toiletries are stored in the hallway closet to prevent clutter and, for now, everyone has unconventional schedules, meaning it's rarely occupied when needed.
Rent is $740/month with a normal refundable security deposit or $800/month (no traditional security deposit). Utilities and internet are included. Renter’s insurance is required.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Umstead Park, Crabtree Valley Mall, Brier Creek, RDU Airport, RTP, and Rex Hospital. About 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh or Durham. Grocery stores like Target, Harris Teeter, Publix, and Food Lion are nearby.
There are four bedrooms in the house. I live downstairs and work night shift as a nurse, so the home stays clean and generally quiet. Roommates have different schedules and are respectful about noise and shared spaces.
No pets due to allergies. Smoke-free home.
Works well for someone with a steady routine who appreciates a calm place to come home to.
