A refundable security deposit equal to one month rent is due within 24 hours of approval. Depending on qualifying factors, an additional deposit may be required. A one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 applies. PLEASE NOTE THAT, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the lease start date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date.

A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and If a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
