FEES AND INITIAL PAYMENTS

• First month’s rent: due no less than one week before the move-in date
• Security deposit: due upon approval
UPON APPROVAL
*Proof of renter’s insurance (minimum $100,000 landlord liability) with landlord named as additional Interest and is required of all residents. Keys will not be delivered without proof of insurance.
