TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Security Deposit: Same as rent OAC. We also have an option for a deposit replacement program. Please inquire if interested.

• Tenants will be responsible for establishing and maintaining all required utility services in their name prior to the lease start date.

APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:

• $40 fee per adult 18+.

• Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.

• Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).

• Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).

• Will required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
