Minimum credit score of 620 for at least one applicant

Three months of income verification (pay stubs, bank statements, or similar documentation)

Employment verification or an offer letter with confirmation of employment

Positive rental history and no recent evictions

Background screening required for all applicants

All occupants age 18 and older must complete an application and screening

Pets considered with owner approval

Applicants who receive housing subsidies or rental assistance (including but not limited to Section 8 or other lawful housing assistance programs) will be evaluated in accordance with Colorado law. Certain financial qualification criteria, including income and credit evaluation, may be applied differently where required by statute.
