Most AA Oceanfront Rentals and Sales homes come with high-speed internet up to 1 Gig at a special grouprate, with premium support and setup powered by Second Nature to get you connected fast at move-on. Check your lease to see if your home is included in the program.
Total Monthly Payment (Rent + $39.95 RBP + $69.00 Group Rate Internet).
*The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all-inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable. Except for liability insurance billed at $10.95 per month, the Resident Benefits Package will be provided with the first month at no cost to the tenant, with subsequent months in the lease term billed at $29.00 per month, plus $10.95 per month for liability insurance if enrolled. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Resident Benefits Package Lease Addendum. If you provide your own insurance policy, the RBP cost will be reduced by the amount of the insurance premium billed by Second Nature Insurance Services (NPN No. 20224621).
