We are trustworthy, hands-on landlords seeking a long-term tenant who values stability and open communication. Our previous tenants have happily stayed for multiple years, only moving on due to life changes, and we hope to build that same lasting, respectful relationship again — this is not a short-term or transient rental. We’re looking for someone who wants to put down roots, communicate openly, and help create a positive experience for everyone. For this reason, we do have rental income and credit requirements, and will also run a background check.

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum gross household income of $5,925 per month (3x monthly rent). A minimum credit score of 650 is required. No prior eviction history and no violent criminal offenses. Income, credit, background, and rental history will be verified.

Applicants should also be flexible with the exact availability date, as renovation and improvement timelines can occasionally shift. Photos reflect its present condition. Several updates are planned, including new flooring, quartz countertops, and fresh paint, so the home will not look exactly as pictured. Updated photos will be provided once renovations are complete.
