- to move in applicant will be required to provide security deposit ; two months rent plus the first month - cashier check.

- renter pays for background checks - $55
- Interview with Property Manager
- preferred applicant will have a credit score if 600 or greater (if less, this can be discussed ie student loans etc.)
Ultimately we are seeking that right tenant - we owe this to our current tenants.
