We require income of at least 3 times the rental amount ($1920 after taxes), 12-months of rental history & minimum credit score of 550. There is a strict limit of 2 people in this apartment. Application fee is $50 for 1 person, $80 for 2. We do not accept Metro / Section 8, etc.
