We live in the lower half of a large house and we are looking for a new roommate for a bedroom with its own bathroom. The rent is $1,200 a month and includes all utilities cable Wi-Fi and laundry is in garage. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. We do have a cat and a 17-year-old Chihuahua. Looking for an individual with a steady income. It's a very low key and quiet household. The room is 10 X 12 with an extended little alcove, say for a desk. I am over 50 and my cousin lives here also. He is almost 90. The deposit is the same. You would have access to the whole house like it was yours. Just looking for that right fit our last roommate was here for 5 years

He is a good guy, easy to talk to and will work with you. My cousin and myself pay the water, trash, cable, WiFi and SDGE. It really is a perfect location, especially if you take the trolly. (Close to Amaya station) Very nice neighborhood right on the corner of Howell and Earl st. We would love someone to move in by March 1.
