The living room has a 60 TV a comfortable sofa and loveseat along with a desk to use for your computer area. The Kitchen has everything you will need to cook and serve a meal along with a Keurig coffee pot and microwave. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer We provide a vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning supplies are available. Our furnished units also include all bed linens and towels. The front porch has a sitting area. Electric, water, trash, sewer and WiFi are all included. Deposit and non refundable cleaning fee will be required. $1600 for 1 tenant and $1800 for 2
