Credit Score:
680 or higher: lower scores can be considered case by case if compensating factors are present.
Co-signers: Accepted
Possession: Must take possession within 45 days of application approval
Smoking: Not permitted inside or outside any properties (not on balcony either)

Move in fee: $465
