This is a private bedroom and private bathroom for rent in our home. This is a family neighborhood with great neighbors. The house is a split-level house, and this room is on the lower level. You will also be sharing kitchen and laundry with another roommate. Rent includes all utilities and wifi.

The bedroom is roughly 170sq.ft. and furnished with a queen size bed, 2 bedside stands, dresser, armchair and (optional compact desk and standing wall mirror). The closet is on the smaller side (3ft. x 4ft.) but it has two tiers. The bathroom is also small but has everything you need (shower, toilet, sink and storage).

This space is ideal for a low maintenance individual who is excellent with communication. Must be able to get along with mature adults (50+) that are fluent in common sense and common courtesy since we grew up during a time before computers and we socialized with other humans, face-to face. There will be 1 full-time roommate and 1 part-time roommate who travels. There is also a (former) stray cat that has successfully bribed his way into the home this winter and lives basically rent free - although he compensates by providing entertainment and forces you to play at his leisure. He is now vaccinated, chipped and neutered and also requests a roommate that will brush him often.

This is a great area for walking. We are also near Lucky Shoals Park and Heritage Golf Course.
