We are offering a two-story, 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home for rent in a quiet neighborhood near I-75 and downtown Findlay. This house has been recently renovated with new paint and some new flooring in 2026, new kitchen cabinets & counter in 2022, new appliances (stove & refrigerator) in 2023, and a new roof in 2022. In addition to the gas heat, you'll love the eat-in kitchen with room for a family dinner table, the laundry / utility room with washer & dryer hook-ups and back entrance, and lots of closet & storage space. This house DOES NOT have central AC, and tenants will need to use window AC units. There is a convenient enclosed front porch great for protected deliveries, and a small covered back porch. The back yard is equipped with a shed and a large carport which is perfect for snowy winters. The yard is not fenced, but has a brick fire pit and space for entertaining. This house will rent for $1125 per month, and the tenant will pay for gas, electric, and trash service. The owner will pay for water service and lawn care. Pets are permitted for a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $450 (due at lease signing) and an additional $45 per month per pet. Security deposit (also $1125) is due at lease signing, and pro-rated rent is due at move-in. Tenants will be required to carry renters insurance. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY SUBSIDIES (METRO, HOPE HOUSE, CAC, CCH, SECTION 8, ETC) for application fees, security deposit, or rent payments. Smokers will not be approved. Each applicant (or combined income for a married couple) is required to have verifiable take-home income (after taxes) of at least three times the rental amount ($3375 per month or approximately $40,500 per year). The application fee is $50 for 1 adult or $80 for 2.
