* Safety First: No e-bikes or e-scooters (no indoor lithium-ion battery charging or storage).

* Respectful Privacy First: No overnight guests allowed.

* Accessibility Note: Due to the original architectural design, interior doorways and bathrooms feature narrow entries, and there is a structural step-up at the front and back entries.

* $975 Largest Room: Our most spacious room for those needing extra square footage with two windows including a large sliding glass window with blackout shades and views of the front yard.



MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS & LEASE

* Security Deposit: $500.

* Lease Term: 6-Month Minimum stay.

* Easy Move-In: To help you get settled, the last month’s rent can be financed over your first 6 months of the lease.
