Important: There is no garage or outdoor storage available at this time. The dilapidated garage next to the house will eventually be converted into space for the owner or possibly an ADU, but it is not part of your rental and remains off-limits/unusable during your stay.
I live on-site in a separate area for quick help if needed. Shared driveway access.
Pricing:
$2000 per month, including utilities (electric, water, garbage, septic, and internet)
$2000 security deposit
Pets: Small pets may be considered (we can talk case-by-case), but I’m hesitant about outdoor pets right now due to incomplete fencing and proximity to a somewhat busy road.
