The Village Apartments - The Village Apartments of Superior is a newly built, 24-Unit, smoke-free apartment complex that opened June 1, 2017. It is located at 6712 Tower Avenue in South Superior, Wisconsin and is just minutes from beautiful downtown Superior, WI and Duluth, MN – not to mention, the majestic Lake Superior.

The Village Apartments of Superior offers apartment home styles featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units (there is only one 2-bedroom unit in the building). Each unit includes modern kitchens with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet capabilities (free of charge), a stackable washer and dryer, and a private outdoor balcony or patio. The Village offers a fitness center and community room for our residents to enjoy.
