The house consists of 4 units total: one 3-bedroom unit and three 1-bedroom units. The property offers shared laundry for all units. Unit 3 is a second-floor, one-bedroom unit. The apartment is quite spacious with a large living room, kitchen, and bedroom and offers large windows for natural light.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Gas, electric, and internet must be placed directly in tenant's names. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is charged at a flat-rate $60 per tenant per quarter. Unit has 1 designated parking space.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
