No pets (assistive animals allowed with proper documentation)
Do not disturb occupants
We do NOT advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace
Availability dates are estimates and subject to change
Tenant responsible for USPS mailbox key
Fair Housing compliant; CA SB267 alternative screening for voucher holders
