The open living space features tile flooring throughout, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a large pool table. The front and back patios and back yard are perfect for families and large groups to gather and play. From the patio, you can see the ocean, making this the perfect place for indoor/outdoor entertaining at its best. This spacious home is decorated with local art, and has a soothing color scheme to make your stay restful. You can enjoy your days kayaking and snorkeling or just relax on the beach and enjoy the view of the islands. The Beach House is on the beach side of an attached duplex while the Guest House is located on the side of the beachfront lot nearest the street.

Tenants will be charged the Transient Accommodation Tax and General Excise Tax on leases less than six months ($972.53 per month). No smoking. All prospective tenants above the age of 18 must fill out an application. Credit check required.
