Park Street Apartments - 2022-23 Unit F Available - Our popular Park St. Apartments are located downtown. This single floor unit was recently renovated the past year. The available unit has tile flooring (view those pictures) throughout the entire apartment (including the bedrooms), updated kitchen cabinets and appliances. Walking distance to campus, restaurants, & shopping. The rental price is for each tenant. Only two person occupancy. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick-up, and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electric. Stack washer and dryer. Approved pets are allowed with a pet fee of $30 per month per pet (limit 2 pets). No pet deposit. Parking is included for tenants and we do not provide visitor parking. There is a large yard for walking pets. Online payments. Individual leases. $200 non-refundable administration fee and $450 security deposit, $50 non-refundable application fee per person.
