Tons of cabinet space in the kitchen including a sizable credenza and kitchen pantry. There's a voluminous bedroom in the back, with lots of natural light. Thermal windows are installed throughout the apartment to help shave off some of the monthly bill cost.

Location is everything. So freaking close to Tower Grove Park! You can go stuff your face on Food Truck Fridays, enjoy a leisurely stroll on the many winding paths contemplating the beauty and nature surrounding you, the phenomenon of black holes or speculating on just where the next season of Stranger Things is going to go. Do some yoga or tai chi with the comfort of not having to find a parking spot, because you left the car parked in in your own covered carport!

We accept two cats or one dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. No additional rent for tarantulas, however a questionable choice for a pet.
