At time of leasing, the applicant must affirmatively state that there has not been a material change in the information in the screening report including the applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history or eviction history since the report was generated. A PTSR must be from a credible reporting agency and include full background screening with financial info. RaeLynn management must have direct access to screening reports.
