The apartment is spacious. It is the front apartment on the first floor of the building at 3416 Race Street. The building is on a safe and quiet block, half a block from Drexel campus and half a block from the shops on 3400 block of Lancaster Ave. Drexel Police and Drexel Public Safety patrol the area routinely the area.
Each tenant has a separate bedroom. But all three tenants share the bathroom, kitchen, living room and utility room (washer and dryer). Each tenant is responsible for his or her rent and not the rent of the others. The largest bedroom is $725; it is presently occupied.. The rear bedroom is likewise presently occupied. it is the smaller bedroom in the middle that will be available on or about February 1, 2021. The rent for this bedroom is $650 . Each occupant pays a one-third share of the monthly gas and electric. The smallest bedroom is partly furnished: it has a desk, chair, armoire, bedframe and mattress.
