I’m a female in my 30s with no pets. I currently work at a bar but am very quiet when I come home at night. I like to get out of the house as much as I can. When I am home, I’m usually working on little art projects or reading. I do like to keep things tidy around the house! Lgbtq+ friendly. I am looking for someone of similar age, clean, quiet and respectful to share this amazing space with me! The HOA does not allow smoking in the unit and I do ask for no couples renting together.
