It has a partial walk-in closet. The living room area will be vacant as well, so if you have furniture, it is most welcome. The room is on the 2nd floor of the house, where the living room and kitchen are located. The bathroom will be shared with another roommate. We generally share access to common areas and keep them clean/tidy to the best of our ability. The utilities are split 3 ways, and any other expenses we incur for general use/maintenance of the house. Our house is located on the main drag in Glen Park. There is ample safe street parking, and it is within walking distance of BART and Muni. The 280 Freeway entrance is also close by. Here are the details:

Security Deposit: $1,450
Utilities: $150 to $280, depending on usage
