Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). Home is on well and septic, owner pays trash. Tenant pays electric. Tenant is responsible for mowing and yard upkeep, and to keep the weeds down in the garden space if you don't use it. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month.

Required deposits represent "last month's rent" and refundable security.
